Pricing questions
Do I need to pay at all?
Only if you want to generate listings in bulk. Writing one listing at a time — including photo → listing, brand voice and the listing score — is free, and a free account raises you to 400 generations a month with no daily limit. Pro (POD) exists for people pasting 25 products at once and exporting a CSV.
Is the free tier actually usable?
Yes — try it with no account at all, then create a free account to lift the daily limit entirely and keep your work saved. Upgrade only when you need to do many listings in one pass.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your account moves to the free tier automatically — no partial charges, no locked-out state.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, no questions asked, as long as you've generated 25 listings or fewer. Renewals after that aren't covered, but reach out and we'll sort it out fairly.
