Getting started
Do I need an account to try it?
No. Your first generations are completely free with no signup. Create a free account only when you want more generations each month and to save your work automatically.
Why not just use ChatGPT?
A general AI writer doesn't know Etsy's rules unless you prompt-engineer them yourself: exactly 13 tags, each 20 characters or under, a title that front-loads your best keyword in the first 40 characters, a description that opens with search-relevant words. ListingLoom builds those constraints into every generation, so what you get is already shaped for Etsy's search — no editing required.
What categories does it support?
Jewelry, wall art, printables & digital downloads, apparel & POD, home decor, and a general "other" for anything else. Picking one steers the tags toward how buyers in that niche search — but it's optional.
Does it publish to my Etsy shop?
No. ListingLoom never connects to your shop or publishes anything for you. It writes the copy; you copy and paste it wherever you like. It's an independent tool and isn't affiliated with Etsy.

What does Pro cost, and what do I get?
$12/month, or $96/year (save 33%). Pro raises your allowance to 300 generations a month and gives your listings a priority queue. Everything in the free plan is included. See the full breakdown on the pricing page.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel from your account page or directly in PayPal whenever you like. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your account moves to the free tier automatically. No partial charges, no locked-out state.
Do you offer refunds?
Your first payment carries a full 7-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Renewals after that aren't automatically refundable — but cancel anytime and you simply won't be charged again. Full details in the Refund Policy.
How do payments work?
Checkout runs entirely through PayPal — pay with your PayPal balance or any card PayPal accepts. We never see or store your card details.
Product & data
Are the tags really Etsy-legal?
Every generation returns exactly 13 tags, each 20 characters or under, with no repeats — and the title is checked against Etsy's 140-character search cutoff. The validation runs before you ever see the result.
Who can see what I type?
Your product descriptions are used to generate your listing and, if you have an account, saved to your history so you can re-copy them later. We store data in the EU and never sell it. Anonymous visitors are counted by a salted, non-reversible hash — never a raw IP. See the Privacy Policy.
Can I delete my data?
Any time. Use the data-deletion form and we'll confirm by email, then remove your account and saved history.
