What ListingLoom is

ListingLoom is a writing tool. You describe a product; we generate an Etsy-style title, 13 tags, and a description you can copy into your own listings. ListingLoom does not connect to your Etsy shop, does not publish anything on your behalf, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy, Inc. "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc., used here only to describe compatibility.

Accounts

You can use a limited number of free generations with no account. Signing in uses a magic link emailed to you — there is no password, so keep access to your inbox secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

• Free: a daily allowance without an account, and a larger monthly allowance with no daily limit once you create a free account. The free plan includes photo→listing, brand voice, listing scores, and saved history.
• One paid plan, billed through PayPal subscriptions: Pro (POD) — $19/month or $180/year (800 generations a month, plus bulk generation and CSV export).
• Paid plans are automatically-renewing subscriptions. Unless you cancel, your plan renews on its own at the end of each period — at the monthly or yearly price you chose, charged to your PayPal — and keeps renewing until you cancel. The exact renewing amount is always shown next to the Subscribe button before you pay. We'll email annual subscribers a reminder before each yearly renewal, and email monthly subscribers a reminder at least once a year.
• Cancel anytime — from your account page or directly in PayPal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for; we don't charge again after that.
• Your first payment carries a 7-day money-back guarantee — a full refund if you request it within 7 days AND have generated 25 listings or fewer. See the Refund Policy.
• Prices may change; we'll notify subscribers before any change affects an existing subscription.

AI-generated output

Listings are generated by an AI model. They are suggestions, not guarantees — we validate the mechanical rules (tag count and length) but you are responsible for reviewing output before using it: its accuracy, its compliance with Etsy's policies, and any claims it makes about your product. We can't and don't promise any search ranking or sales outcome. You own your input and may use the generated output freely, including commercially.

Acceptable use

Don't use the generator for unlawful content, don't attempt to evade the free-tier limits (e.g. rotating identities), don't scrape or resell the service, and don't probe its security. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, and will say why.

Service changes and availability

We aim to keep ListingLoom available and stable, but it's provided "as is" without a formal uptime commitment. If we ever discontinue the paid service, active subscribers get a pro-rata refund of the unused period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here removes the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the country where you live — if your local law gives you stronger rights, those continue to apply to you. If a dispute ever comes up, please email us first so we can try to resolve it informally; we'll always try to make things right before anything more formal.
