What we collect

• Your email address — only if you create an account (used for magic-link sign-in and account emails).
• The product descriptions you submit — processed to generate your listing; saved to your history only if you have an account.
• Product photos you attach — only if you choose to generate from a photo: processed to write your listing and never stored — the photo is discarded after the listing is generated, and its hidden metadata (like location) is removed in your browser before anything is uploaded.
• Your saved brand voice — only if you choose to set one: a tone and an optional writing sample, kept with your account and used solely to style your own generated listings. Removed when you delete your account.
• Usage counts — to keep the free tier fair. Anonymous visitors aren't identified by their IP address.
• Anonymous usage analytics — which pages and features get used, so we can improve the product. This is not tied to your identity.

We never see or store your payment card details — payment runs entirely inside PayPal.

How your data is stored and shared

The account data we store is kept in the European Union, and we never sell it or share it with advertisers or data brokers. We only share your data with the trusted services we use to run ListingLoom, and only for that purpose:

• The product descriptions you type — and any product photo you attach — are sent to an AI provider (Anthropic's Claude, based in the US) to generate your listing. Under their commercial terms, your inputs are not used to train their models, and we never store your photos.
• PayPal handles payments — we only ever receive your subscription status, never card numbers.
• We use standard providers for our database, sign-in emails, and anonymous analytics.

How long we keep it

Account data and saved history: for the life of your account. Anonymous usage counts: only briefly, to keep the free tier fair. Billing records: kept as needed to answer billing questions. Delete your account at any time — see below — and we remove your account record and generation history.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. The fastest path for deletion is the data-deletion form — we confirm by email before completing it. For anything else: hello@listingloom.app. If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, these rights come from the GDPR; we respond within the statutory timeframes.
