Refund Policy

The 7-day guarantee

Your first payment for ListingLoom Pro — monthly or annual — carries a 7-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Email hello@listingloom.app from your account email within 7 days of that first charge and we'll refund it in full to your PayPal account. The guarantee applies once per person.

After the first 7 days

Renewal payments aren't automatically refundable — instead, cancel anytime (account page or PayPal) and your subscription simply runs to the end of the period you've paid for, then never charges again. If you believe a renewal charged you in error (for example, you cancelled before the renewal date), email us and we'll make it right.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back through PayPal to whatever payment method you used. PayPal typically posts them within a few business days.

If we discontinue the service

If ListingLoom Pro is ever shut down, active subscribers receive a pro-rata refund of the unused portion of their period.
